Technician did our yearly Termite Inspection to keep up our “Termite Bond.” He took the time to introduce himself and fully explain what he was looking for in the inspection. We were termite free but he noticed a very high volume of spiders in our crawl space and took it upon himself to fumigate for the spiders before he checked out with us. We greatly appreciated him going the extra mile!
