Easy to schedule. Professionals doing the service work. Always on time. Cost is a little high, but manageable. Guess you get what you pay for. Easy to do autopay and spread out the yearly maintenance costs.

Do a thorough job of checking and spraying as well as wiping down around the windows. Chris, when he first arrives always checks to see if there are or have been any issues that need to be addressed.
I like that you call to schedule appointments. That helps us set our calendars to be present.
Our technician seems to really care about the condition of our home and can pivot when a situation that requires his attention arises. Example: My wife was home during our last treatment. She had observed a strange situation where we had a fly infestation on our screened porch. The tech immediately recognized the problem and rectified the situation. We have not had flies show up since his treatment.

This tech was the most thorough in a long time. First to go into our crawl space. Would love to have him as our regular tech.
We have had Terminix service for 30 years now and they have always been professional, thorough, and friendly.
On the rare occasion that we've had a problem, after a regular service, they come out and take care of it.
After 30 years of service we have had only 2 service technician, and just recently our second tech received a promotion so now we have our third who seems, again, very professional and true to what we have come to expect from Terminix.

I like that the person you send ask what's need to be done and I just say what I want. They are always on time with out a doubt. Kind and friendly not that that really matters to me. They do there job have you sign and are on their way.
