I live in the woods and I have no issues with bugs in my house. All of their technicians are super nice and friendly. I like that the customer service team calls me to remind me it’s time to make an appointment. The service is smooth and seamless, requiring almost no effort on my part.
I think everybody is very friendly in the offices. The tech Jay that comes out is very very nice and is thorough. Ever since I have been dealing with Terminex I haven't seen not one bug inside or outside of my home... I'm very squeamish so it was a normal thing to hear me screaming cause I saw a spider! 😂...I am very happy with the service.
We enjoy the service & the technician who services our account but choose not to have our name or location used...sorry about that
