We love terminix because we love Greg! Seriously, he is so great! I cannot say enough good things about him. We have never considered leaving terminix because we love him and love how he takes care of our house/bugs. He is so knowledgeable, kind, friendly, effective. Plus our bug problems are non existent! Bugs stay out, and we are happy.

Howard was very informative which means a lot to me. He asked where we were seeing the bugs and told us about the bugs. He crawled under the house and checked every place and took pictures and showed us the cracks where the bugs could be coming in. Howard was very polite and didn’t have a know it all attitude but nicely told us about the bugs.

Have always seemed to have a good tech service my home. Recently got stung by yellow jackets, while mowing my yard, that were in an in-ground nest in my front yard so I called Terminix. They were able to get me scheduled on a day and time that worked for me and the tech did a great job taking care of the issue.
We like the professionalism and response. However during the last inspection our inspector missed the crawl space of our house and did not access until we called them back. This is a little bit concerning since we are paying a lot of money to prevent having any termites! And so far we do not know if the inspection was ever completed?

I like that Howard, the young man who does our service, explains everything he is going to do and knows a great deal about bugs, insects, etc.

They contact you when it's time for your quarterly spray time, so you don't have to remember yourself when it's time. They schedule in-house sprays at your convenience. And if you see bugs, etc. after they spray inside, they will come back as needed to retreat at no extra charge for the same service.
This past visit from Andrew went great. He listened to out problem and took care of it. Problem has gone away.
