We have used your services for so long that it’s just kind of routine. Also Craig has been coming for a long time. We speak a little bit and he goes about his business and does what he needs to do. The friendliness of the agent who come out, the office staff who are polite and helpful in a genuine way. Terminix continue to have turn overs. We get attached to the service agent and then there is a new person' though they all provide great service, continuity of staff means a lot to me.
