The rep (Howard H.) is what makes your service remarkable. I can buy bug killer myself but don’t have the time to deal with it. Howard always asks if there have been any issues or concerns, explains what he’s going to be doing each visit and why, answers all questions on the spot when I’m curious about anything related to services. Paying for services that WORK from a rep that is INVESTED in those services and their performance makes it well worth the expense. I recommend Terminix and Howard for any pest services needed.
