i like your dependability, but would like more feedback on your findings. Your serviceman came, I showed him how to reach the crawlspace, and when he was leaving I received no feedback about his findings until I asked. It would be helpful to at least receive a report that there were no termites found, or evidence of termite damage. It should not be necessary to ask.
