I was so happy with our Terminix rep that I was sorry to learn he was assigned to a different route. However, our new representative (Tom) was very professional, efficient, accommodating, and friendly. I should have known better because I had the same apprehensive feelings the last time a reassignment occurred with the same satisfactory result. We've had Terminix since we built our house in 1996, and we've ALWAYS received EXCELLENT service. Your staff (office included) are assets to your organization. THANK YOU!!!

We Use Dixie Exterminating for close to 40 years. When Terminix took them over we had concerns that the service level would change. We found that the service level didn't change and was even more specific. The representative took the time to explain the different processes and offerings that included services we originally didn't have with Dixie. We're happy and look forward to a long bug-free relationship.
