How Mr Tripp is always willing to educate and make sure you have an understanding of everything he is doing. The customer service is top tier. He is very knowledgeable at what he does which definitely puts you at ease. Highly recommend.
Vernon was amazing. We got to enjoy him before he retired. We gad a doozy in the middle, but Josh is great and someone to bearin mind for raises and promotions. He is kind, professional, thorough and efficient. Unlike many business offices post-C, the lady/ladies at RH office are never rude. Their phone phone manner is professional, and their tone is kind and respectful. It is the most refreshing thing to interact with a business who still treats people in the manner they wish to be treated! Sadly, this is now uncommon. Other offices could take a lesson or two from RH Terminex.
