Very friendly. But it’s been confusing transitioning from Dixie to Terminex. I like to have my visits scheduled. So far, someone just shows up. Also, I have yet to have the inside of my house sprayed.

The Service Technician (I forget his name) was so knowledgeable and very pleasant. He was very thorough as well and explained what I needed to know about termites. He did ask about pest control services, which I did sign up for this year, so he did a good job cross selling.

I am a long-term Terminix customer. I have pest, fire ant, and mosquito treatment. The services are effective and reduces my exposure to insects and pests. The Terminix staff is friendly and professional and the cost of the services is reasonable and very much worth it.
Josh is always on time and very thorough, polite and respectful. The ladies in the office are always helpful. Reminders are very helpful
