Terminex was prompt arriving, asked if I had any concerns, then went about their business applying the treatment around the outside of my house.
For years I have had a problem with fire ants in my yard. Every time I cut the grass and being very careful to look out for them, I would still get several bites. I always bought fire ant killer from the big box stores but it never got rid of them. This year I bought the fire ant contract with Terminix and I am very happy I did. Not one fire ant mound in my yard and I have not been bitten even once. Will definitely use them again next year.
Walker was early, but called before coming to let us know. He did his work inside the hose then sweeped the website around the house. He told us what measurements of moisture he found in our crawlspace. He also let us know there was a snake in the crawlspace.

Walker actually called to ask if he could come 15 minutes early. He was respectful while inside the house. He swept the website from outside windows and gutters. He informed us of the conditions in our crawlspace with the humidity levels. He told us he found no sign of termites and he shared a picture of a snake in that crawlspace. He seems to be an exceptional representative of your company.

Did Michael come by, I saw a Terminex truck across the street at 8am, my appt was at 9am. I opened the garage door just in case Michael had come early so he could check the area in my garage to see if the termites had taken the bate. At about 920am I checked again, no truck, no one, no card, no knock on the door, so I don't know if the Terminex truck I saw so early was in fact Michael. I don't mind the fact there was no contact, but a card left behind with an update or a text to let me know the status of my garage would be helpful and apprectiated.
