Having no bugs! Service has been for years. Joe is great. Had a new man come named Jason, received a postcard that they were coming on September 13th Saturday. This why we thought it was for the traps. Jason shows up and this is for the regular service. Outside and in. We were not prepared for the inside, since washing floors and cleaning. He did do the outside. Told us he would be back Friday for the inside. Once he got his schedule that day he would call. No call no show. We called the office and the woman said no if you do not have issues we do not do that. The reason for not giving a 10. We have two contract and we expect the same service we have received for years. Customer service in the office needs to be more polite .

Technicians are courteous, very professional and do serious, comprehensive termite dwelling/crawlspace inspections and also Terminix techs do a separate bait stations inspection that is very through. Each inspectron ends with a personal review of the inspection findings by the technician with the homeowner.

I was concerned for nothing! When I switched from a local company that went out of business, I was afraid a big company like Terminix would be mostly AI, recorded voices, no personal service. Instead I get the same person each time time to talk to and they are VERY easy to work with. Totally pleased. FIVE STARS!
I worked for Dixie Exterminating for 35 years. Terminix acquired Dixie Ext. in January 2025. I am now employed by Terminix and embracing the many changes learned as a CCS in the Rock Hill branch.
I too am a customer and have recommend Terminix to many friends and family members. The staff in office as well as the technicians are very knowledgeable and always take care of any problems that may arise.
Service is excellent but due to personal circumstances I need to cancel service effective today…September 22, 2025.
