I was told that the check for termites would take about an hour, but it actually took about twenty minutes, if that.
While I was not happy to hear that a new variety of termite had returned to the area, and that treatment for this termite could cost considerably more next year, I appreciated the frank warning of the possible cost increase. The inspector also said that the more expensive treatment would be optional, not required.
I like that the person coming to my home will also come inside at my request without an extra charge.
