We have in the past had a Terminix service man charge us for the annual maintenance and be gone in 5 minutes, didn’t even open one station. Thought about changing, if it ever happens again, we will.

We have used Terminix for 3 years and they are always professional, thorough and respond immediately to any emergency. Recently, we found a European wasp nest had settled under a balcony. They came out immediately and 4 days later we saw no activity. This is typical of our experience with Terminix.
