I wanted to take a moment to share what a positive and memorable experience I had with Connor Taylor, one of your Sales Associate. From the start, his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out.
He went out of his way to ensure I felt informed, supported, and valued throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered thoughtfully, and he took the time to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my decisions. It was clear that he genuinely cared about doing right by the customer and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Reliable and dependable
My service guy is friendly and always does a great job.
We like how dependable John Carlin is. We just recently learned, from John, that even if it's raining, Terminix/John cannot cancel or terminate our quarterly appointment. Even though keeping such an appointment would be ineffective, we would have to be the ones to terminate our quarterly treatment appointment in rainy weather. Now that's dependability!
We also like how thoroughly John is, getting down spider and cobwebs in and around our house, checking mouse baits for evidence of mice visiting them, and refilling the baits as needed. We also like how carefully he listens as/when we explain any problem we have had in the last quarterly period. And, as usual, we enjoy his affability. He is more like a guest than a Terminix agent.
