Employees are very friendly and helpful. Answer any questions that I may have and offer solutions to my problems. Since I have had Terminix I have not seen any more traces of any bugs, especially the tiny ants that were in the kitchen.

John Carlin always completes our quarterly service in a very thorough fashion; however, this time, he couldn't come due to a back injury. Terminix actually sent their manager to complete our February treatment while there was still ice on parts of our driveway. I call that dedication! We received the usual thorough service.
