Courteous, friendly, competent service.
The gentleman Paul White who services my home is always very polite, he covers his shoes with little shoe covers before he comes into my house as to not bring dirt into my home. He is very careful not to use any pest control items that may be harmful to my four legged pets or my feathered one as well. Paul treats both upstairs as well as downstairs, and he treats my garage and basement too.
If I have a particular issue he listens very carefully to what I have to say, and takes care to treat that problem for me.
Then he treats the entire perimeter of the outside of my house as well.
I have to say, that spiders used to be my biggest issue, however since I've owned this house, it's the camelback crickets that inhabit my basement and garage which prompted me to first call Terminix. I don't think that there is anything scarier that one of those crickets! Thank goodness for Terminix and their ability to keep those fellows at bay.
