I asked the Asheville office to have the Manager, Mark, call me about some scheduling concerns, and he did. He was very accommodating, and truly wanted to help solve my problem. I must say that his professionalism and attention to my issues is something I do not see from most American businesses today. He is a tremendous asset to Terminix, and I greatly appreciated his interest in working directly with his customers to provide the best service possible.

What do you like about our services?

Everyone is so friendly and keeps us posted on any changes in our yard or house. Terminix is so on top of it that I never worry, because I know they will catch any signs of potential trouble well before there actually is trouble!
