Jeremy Fox, my technician always calls me instead of me having to call the office to schedule an appointment every quarter. He will also come when I am not home. He always calls before he comes. He is amazing and very polite.
I have been with Terminix for 20 years. I've never been disappointed. The reason I chose Terminix for my pest service is my parents used them for many years also and never had been disappointed either.
Terminix must be an extraordinary company to work for because out of all the years I have used them there was minimal amount of turnover with my technician.
Keep up the amazing work Terminix!!
