I like that you text a reminder of when service is due. I prefer having a yearly contract. Scott Long has always done a great job and knows what I want and needed at my house. I have had a contract with you since 2016. And I have been pleased with the service all theses years.

The techs were very friendly and professional. I have used Terminix at my homes for over 10 years and they have always responded quickly if I had a concern. I am confident that Jason will make sure any issues I have will be taken care of . He advised me of that several times. He took care of the initial treatment right away and made a second trip that same day to install the termite bait system to insure I never have a problem.
