From the start when we called them the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. And our Terminix guy Brandon is such a nice guy he takes care of everything we ask of him very polite listens and gives us answers. So we are very happy with Terminix. Brandon is also very good at asking if he can come out on a certain day and time and if it’s not good for us he will accommodate.

Had a difficult time getting rid of the roaches but I know that takes a while. Terminix has been very good about spraying every time I have asked them to come back. I think we are finally winning the war against the roaches.
