We've been with the Spruce Pine TERMINIX for 25 years or so. Their technicians are thorough, helpful, professional in every way. When we had a hornet emergency this past year, they came out immediately and took care of the problem--at no extra charge, just part of our annual service contract. VERY happy customers!

We have one of your great employees - Nick - who takes care of our property. He is thorough and he always lets us know what he is doing here (or what NEEDS to be done). The "pests" that we used to see are gone and we believe Nick is the reason why that happened. Can't ask for more than that! Thank you, Terminix, and thank you, Nick!
