The fact they are only a phone call away and quick to get here. Just recently we had a bee problem on our porch which was keeping us from been able to enjoy it. I called on Thursday and our pest control person was here by Friday. Problem solved. Thank you Terminix for renewing my faith in quality customer service.

Adam is always polite and willing to do what needs to be done. He is so busy that it is sometimes difficult to coordinate a good time for him to come, but he is very thorough and respectful of my property

Josh Hobson is very thorough and takes care to make sure he takes care of any potential problems or issues. Josh and Cody Dale did treatment for bats a few months ago and we are very pleased with results.
