BRADLEY DUGGAR WAS VERY PROMPT IN CALLING ME BEFORE ARRIVAL AS REQUESTED BY PHONE TO WENDY. HE IS VERY POLITE, COURTEOUS, AND ASKS IF ANYTHING SPECIAL I NEEDED DONE. HE REPLACED SEVERAL OF THE MICE BAIT BOXES WITH NEW ONES ARE SOME HAD MOLD ON THEM. EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE.
