Appreciate quarterly service and sending the same technician each time.
The Terminix service person is ALWAYS polite, checks to see if I have any questions or concerns. When I have been home, he has explained what he is doing during the service. I appreciate that so much!

Customer service
Jeff Houston performed the treatment this time 14 November 2024. He did an excellent job, as this is the first treatment service since the Hurricane Helene rampaged through the area.
Jeff paid extra attention to the window openings and the door frames, and did a great job wiping down all the outside surfaces.
He checked the little box traps for critters, all empty. Have not had a capture yet in 5 years or so with Terminix.

Adam is always thorough and advises us if we need any issues that need care. We trust him to take care of our house .
My service person is very thorough and prompt. He was blocked several times from coming to my house due to bridge construction but he made it to my home. And quickly diagnosed a mouse problem.
