We've been with the Spruce Pine TERMINIX for 25 years or so. Their technicians are thorough, helpful, professional in every way. When we had a hornet emergency this past year, they came out immediately and took care of the problem--at no extra charge, just part of our annual service contract. VERY happy customers!
