As a 20-year customer at this location, I would like to say this was the best Service Call in maybe 8-10 years. The Technician (Dylan Hamilton) did the most exhaustive survey of the Crawl Space I have experienced. Also-- the perimeter bait checkup was extensive, with 10 baits requiring replacement. I had begun to sour on your Service Calls the past several years. Technicians would show up unannounced even though scheduled. I missed a few and I like to be on location. Not sure baits got checked or were left unreplaced. Crawl Space inspection was cursory, at best.
Anyway-- I am very satisfied with this years' service call. Send Dylan every year and you won't have any problem with me!
