We were having trouble with insects getting into our older cabin and mice getting into the crawlspace and storage area/water heater closet adjacent. Because we had a few carpenter ants among the insects, we were concerned about wood damage. Terminix did a wood inspection and determined that we had no real damage and offered a plan to prevent problems in the future. We have no more carpenter ants and very few spiders at this point, a great result considering that we're having only the exterior treated, and it's been months since a mouse has been caught in our traps.
Scheduling and payment are easy and convenient, especially now that I discovered that I can pay the bill online. Our technician was friendly and polite when we met him and does the quarterly treatments reliably.
