Just wanted to have help getting rid of mice. Did not want any other services (including any other chemicals or sprays - inside or outside). They worked with me to only provide the services we wanted and not any of the services we did not want. Since they have been here, our mouse problem has been virtually eradicated, which is something we were not able to do on our own.

The office does a good job sending out reminders to schedule appointments. The house that Terminix services for me is a secondary residence located in another state from my primary. The service people do a good job at communicating and taking care of certain services around my schedule.
