Our technician. MATT, Is reason we renewed. Matt does such a thorough job and is very professional. Last year, on one quarterly service, another technician serviced the call, who was here only 15 minutes and did not attend fully to our needs. We had coach roaches shortly thereafter. We complained and Matt came and took care of our need. We told Terminax that we were originally sold by Matt and want him to be our dedicated technician...although Matt is a manager level I think.
