My service tech is Tim Kremper. Upon asking several neighbors, Terminix was the primary recommendation and Tim was specifically mentioned as being very thorough, taking his time to do things correctly. This was the first time I have ever used Terminix and I have to say that I will stay with Terminix and especially if Tim remains the service tech for The Rock neighbors. He was very efficient and thorough and took his time and explained everything to me. I never felt he was rushing through his job to get to another appointment. I haven't seen a bug or insect since Tim was here!! I look forward to seeing him again in September.
