Timely, always courteous
The technician was very polite and tried to solve my animal invasion. (mice/rats/raccoon?)
He distributed poisoned boxes, but they still having a party every night. They come out during the wee-hours, eating my cat food and leaving a mess in my closet. I hope, the gentleman has come to a conclusion how to get rid of these unwanted animals invasion.
I have never had a termite problem, but the Terminix agents are always courteous and punctual. They give advice on how to further protect my house by encapsulating my crawl space.

Terminix is amazing. Brandi is delightful and very pleasant to talk too and Kim the service advisor does an amazing job at my house checking everything. She found a wood beam deteriorating that I never would have found that I had replaced and she was 100% correct. I love working with them on all my bug/ant/ Bees and Termite issues.
