We had a good experience in Sept 2022. The technician was excellent, prompt and professional. In one prior examination the technician left red mud around the bait traps in several spots, and sometimes they leave without reporting on their results. This technician answered all our questions and saw us at the door before he left.
Caley, our Terminix service person is excellent at her work. When it comes down to it, service is as good as the person in the field, doing the work. Since Caley became our Terminix service person, we have been extremely pleased with Terminix.
Very professional on every visit for either termites or regular pest control. Always helpful tips, mentioning any proactive tips, and always thorough in every visit!!
