Eric James is a true professional and you are lucky to have him working for you. His work is always spot on. During his most recent visit I asked him to check out an odor in the basement. It turned out that we did not have a decaying animal. Eric determined the cause of the problem was a propane leak outside of the house that had saturated the ground.

I cannot thank Eric enough for this help.

My service rep is very knowledgeable and offers explanations of why she is treating my property w certain chemicals to take care of the insects that show up at my home. She has streamlined my billing w the office on annual contact & draft Billings. Plus she is a nice person & strives to accommodate my busy schedule when scheduling service for both termite & bug control.
