Kirby was friendly and throughly explained what he was doing. We have already started seeing results from his treatment 2 days ago. He also showed us where there might potentially be future issues and explained what that looked like. I also want to shout out Jesse in the office for answering all my questions about getting service set up at my home and to the other office person who helped me after my service, I apologize that I didn’t catch her name, but she was great as well!

I like that the office is in Seneca so that if I have a concern it will only take approximately ten minutes to be there.
Both men who have come out have been very professional, AND, they're experienced.
I was asked by the tec if I would like for him to let me know when he leaves, or just leave on his own. I was never asked that question with Orkin...they always just left. Now, I'm not complaining because they always provided very good service.
The tec also asked if I would like to be out with him while he was doing the treatment, or just do it on his own. I had never been asked this question either.
The secretary was very nice.
