Attended to our needs
I wanted to say how impressed we were with the service we received on Sat May 18th. We were not home but our cameras had gone off and we later viewed the cameras to see why they had gone off. What we saw made both my husband and myself say Wow! This is the first time we have ever saw anyone physically knocking down the spider webs and doing such a thorough inspection around the house.

We had a problem develop one night with a lot of believed termites entering house around area of back sliding glass door. Wife spraying ant killer all around the areas wear seen. Some of the bodies were saved for identification. Terminix was call about our concern and a technician arrived within an hour and checked things out. The technician verified that they were the bodies of the flying insect, he checked around the inside and outside areas, and determined that a swarm had probably come from the woods in the backyard trying to find a way inside house. Some were found on outside of house were spiders had caught some in their webs. No more insects being seen, or evidence left behind by them the technician stated if anymore activity is discovered he would immediately return and address any problems by any insects.
Harold is very attentive to detail and does a really great job during each annual inspection and he makes excellent recommendations for preventative maintenance.
Appreciate the recent pest control procedure done by Shawn. He did a good job with the sprayer routine. Keep up the good work.
I've been dealing withTerminex for the last 30 years and their service has always been spot on.. They have always done what I have asked them to do, as I have 2 sheds and they take care of them also.
