During our time as a Terminix customer we have had many technicians. Some have brought me close to canceling my service because of their lack of detail and caring. Shelly has been assigned to our account now and is the best ever. She is thorough and a great representative for the company.
The techs who take care of our area, Eric ad Brandon, are both knowledgeable and very personable. Overall Terminix is very responsive to our needs.
We've had Terminix since, I think, 1998. Aaron was our first technician, and he was great. Since then the techs that we've dealt with have all been his equal. We have Schelly as our current tech and she upholds the same qualities as her predecessors. She is always on time and is thorough in her tasks. She is always friendly and personable. When she is working both inside and outside she will make suggestions and discuss things we can do around the house to help prevent any further termite infestations. All around great technician and a credit to the Terminix Company!
