Technician informed us that he was going to check all of the baits around the property, after checking he informed us that he couldn’t find some of them and and said that he would return on Saturday to replace them. He returned the NEXT day instead of Saturday and put in new traps.

We have been with Terminix since we purchased our home and we are extremely satisfied with their service. Your technician are very polite, knowledgeable and professional each an every time they have serviced our home. We see very little pest infestation and 90% of the time when we do see an insect it’s dead. Additionally, your office staff is polite, professional and friendly. The only draw back is the frequent change of service technicians we have seen over the years. We would and have recommended Terminix to friends and neighbors.
