Respectful workers representing the company. You know they work for the company by their dress and badge when at the door. Put on protective foot booties to protect my wood floor. Not hurried but efficient with their time in the home. My neighbor had termite damage in her kitchen years ago and Terminix repaired the damage. Well, that's what you want not only good service but they handle the problems.
