The professional and friendly and caring way Eric treats his clients! He always says if I have a problem to call which I have in the past. Eric explains what he is doing etc. Last year I had an influx of termites on my screen in the lanai. That was swiftly taken care of by Eric. That is what a great employee for your company Eric has always been in the last several years I have been with Terminix Janet B Beck
