The most recent termite service ... the Jan 17th sentricon annual performed by the supervisor ... was EXCELLENT.
He not only was thorough / crisp in the service provided ... he also took the time to educate / teach about how sentricon works.
And this ^^ I happened to see him as he drove by and he took the time for all this without me having a pre-arranged appointment.
I think I remember correctly that he introduced himself as Steve (but I'm not 100% confident in what I recall). To my way of thinking, he demonstrated an excellent perspective / attitude and that's a valuable quality in anyone who leads others.
