Our technician, Michael, is very accommodating, personable and thorough. He goes above and beyond to satisfy our needs. When I expressed concern about bait that might be harmful to wildlife, Michael volunteered to consult our Naturalists at the Nature Center to determine what product(s) meet their approval as protective to wildlife while still controlling rats. I’m grateful.
Their agent is always here on time. Does a thorough job and is very careful in each room. So far so good. Highly recommend.
