Very dependable, they come when they say they will, if there has been a few days of rain they call to change the time, they always ask if there has been any new or more “critters” than usual and where. They tell me what they are going to do and go ahead and get it done and let me know when they are leaving.

I felt the service was exceptional!
First, when Renee discovered that I had Termites, she assured me that the issue woiuld be resolved. Then a very kind gentleman came to take photos. After that, three knowledgeable experts came two days in a row to remove and replace the baseboard which was damaged in my Master Bedroom. In fact, I think the baseboard looks better than it did before the termites were discovered.
So, I send my sincere thanks to the Terminix crew who corrected the problem!
