Our technician, Rodney, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He always responds to our question and concerns. Also, today, Renee performed the annual termite inspection inside our house in a thorough and respectful manner, while Rodney performed the inspection outside of our house and inspected the traps. We are very pleased with the service we've received since signing up with Terminix a year ago.
