Brent is always on time. Does a good job and if I have an "issue" like I did this time (extra bugs inside) he will take care of it. Remember, we live in a swamp and bugs are bound to share the location with us.

There are two reasons I love Terminix. 1) the products they use are exceptional. I hardly ever see a pest inside the house. On the rare occasion that I do see one, the bug is usually dead. 2) the service tech, Daniel, is the epitome of professionalism! He is on time, courteous, friendly, and very thorough.
