Termite services are great—enjoy talking with service provider every year, and I know repairs are good quality because we had this done when we first moved in. Mosquito service is good. I like that I can call mid month if we need extra service. Not keen on the rat proofing as it involved too much poison and no actual looking at the problem. This is why we went with another provider for rat treatment and prevention. Would recommend Terminix for termites and mosquitos.
