Very good BUT I need to have Dalton come back. At breakfast SATURDAY a rather large ROACH was knocked off my neck and shoulder and squashed!! Kindly make an appointment to come inside our house to treat.

So far for 30 years or so I have only used you for my termite bond and not general bug protection . By some miracle I have never had roaches or other common bugs. I have seen what appear to be Carpenter Ants at the base of a nearby tree but they don't seem to come near the house. I had spotted them on the sidewalk but I may have been drawing them by leaving food for the car across the street so I moved the food into the yard.
That's about it. For a very long time I have seen one of your folks annually for the bond inspection. They are alway friendly and represent your company well.
Our service men have always been on time, as scheduled. I have always been asked if I have any concerns. They always discuss what they will be doing, and let me know when they are leaving.
I like everything about the service, including from making the appointment to the service being rendered. They do and awesome job.

Their techs are knowledgeable and willing to try to address any problems. They are always timely and keep appointments. The admin staff is always willing to assist.
Only concern is that sometimes their inspections are not thorough enough.
