Very good BUT I need to have Dalton come back. At breakfast SATURDAY a rather large ROACH was knocked off my neck and shoulder and squashed!! Kindly make an appointment to come inside our house to treat.

So far for 30 years or so I have only used you for my termite bond and not general bug protection . By some miracle I have never had roaches or other common bugs. I have seen what appear to be Carpenter Ants at the base of a nearby tree but they don't seem to come near the house. I had spotted them on the sidewalk but I may have been drawing them by leaving food for the car across the street so I moved the food into the yard.
That's about it. For a very long time I have seen one of your folks annually for the bond inspection. They are alway friendly and represent your company well.
Our service men have always been on time, as scheduled. I have always been asked if I have any concerns. They always discuss what they will be doing, and let me know when they are leaving.
I like everything about the service, including from making the appointment to the service being rendered. They do and awesome job.

The people who work for Terminix have always been friendly and very knowedable about what they are doing. Also they will work with you to schedule appointment times that fit your schedule..
So far Terminix has been dependable and competent in handling pest elimination and inspections around my home. There have been no more pest problems after Terminix took care of the initial one a couple of years ago.
They are prompt for monthly inspections. Fees are reasonable.
My service tech, Annie is so professional and always timely.
