I have never received a report on the rat issue. No one ever called to say they were going to be in our yard and under the house. I paid $500 and have seen no information.

I am able to speak with a real person when I call the office. The staff has been very friendly, understanding, and helpful when taking care of any questions or issues I may have. We have been using Terminix since 1970.
