Punctual, courteous and thorough. The technician was also knowledgeable about the different types of termites and explain to me what he found in the crawlspace that there were droppings of some rodent and that was not unusual

I am so pleased with Terminex! Sometimes I have to reschedule more than once due to my work and it's never a problem. I have no bugs anymore and if I did I'm free to call for a service at no charge! The techs I've had have been great. I've gotten to know them and we catch up briefly while they are at my home. I am personable and I appreciate the relationship that I have with my tech, because they are too, even if I only see them every three months! I really like my guy, his name is Mark. It's been a pleasure and I would recommend Terminex to anyone! Thank you for the great service, professionalism, and personable relations!
