1. He called to schedule an appointment - Didn't simply show up at my door.
2. Appointment day, he called prior to the appointment time to confirm.
3. Upon arrival, introduced himself & explained exactly what he would do inside & outside.
4. After a thorough & complete inspection inside went outside to check all bait stations.
5. Returned to the front door & provided info on his findings telling me about the bait stations.
6. Reminded me of other Terminix services such as ant control, etc. should they be needed.
7. Thanked me for trusting Terminix & reminded me I could call any time 365 days a year.
Treated my home with the same care & concern as if it was his own home. Very professional caring service representative.
