Let me start by saying that I don't waste time lobbing praise on every vendor that I deal with. What sold me on Terminix here in Charleston was my initial contact with Samantha and then with their tech, Sean. Especially compared to other pest control companies that I called for the same issue. Samantha showed genuine concern for my problem. Took the time to explain how they'd go about a remedy, offered several approaches but recommended what she felt was the best service. I never felt like I was being pressured into an "up-sell" situation.
When Sean arrived at my home, he was just as friendly and personable as Samantha. He got points for being on-time (actually early) and took the time to answer all of my questions and was very thorough. I feel good about my decision to go with Terminix.

Coltin Walls is very thorough with our pest control & termite protection. He was here for 2 hours inspecting under our house, in the attic, throughout the house and perimeter, to make sure we had no pest or termites. He then treated all areas that needed treatments. We never seem to have issues like some of our neighbors do. We have used Terminex for over 30 years with great satisfaction!

Service is done in a timely and effective manner.
Service person inspected the garage, crawl (even pointing out that dehumidifier pump drainage was clogged), and bait stations. Nice that he did all these things quickly and I did not see damage to my landscaping as has sometimes happened in the past.
Terminix showed up on time and completed the job. James was a pleasure to interact with!
