Mr. Simmons is great to talk with and he explains what he's doing each time he inspects our home. Whenever we have had to have termite traps moved or replaced, the front office and the technician that comes out are really nice. Never had an issue with anyone or anything since Terminix took over our account.

I was running late and Blake waited for me to arrive home. He was very patient. Blake did an excellent job. This was a return visit between regular checks. He knew exactly what to do to take care of my bug problem.
Don't even have to think about it. Always contacted by you to schedule inspections. I had an instance where I had to remove one of the Termite baking systems to increase garden. When I called to discuss to see if I could just put it back in, I was advised to let you know when work was done and you came out and replaced and verified all working as should. Great service and people.
